Terrible service, wish I could rate less than one star.

Tonya at this location verified for me today that this needs to remain as a one star review.

I come in to buy a couple fountain drinks to find out the drink machine isn't adding carbonation to the drinks. I come back in to tell them, they direct me to a wreck of a guy who obviously don't dress or act like he needed to be at work that day, he tries to argue with me that there isn't anything wrong for one of the clerks to stop him saying that multiple people have complained about the same thing. So not only was I treated like I was lying about the sodas, but that I just bought and paid for something they knew was broken and never took the time to put up an out of order sign or anything. When the technician hears this, his response was "my hands are already full, you'll just have to wait".

After all of this, when I state I'm not waiting on the guy who looks like he'd rather be anywhere but doing his job to fix something he can't even give a time frame to fix, I asked if I could have the same in bottles, I was told I could put the bottles into the cups if i wanted to pay for the bottles too, on top of the cups of soda I already just paid for, that the clerk knew was flat when I bought them in the first place, and had to come back into the store to say something about. When I said absolutely not, I was offered my money back and that's it. No apology, no resolution.

I guess I should be glad I didn't have to wait 15 minutes this time to be acknowledged I was a customer since nearly every other time I've came into this location, if they weren't talking to someone in front of the counter that wasn't a customer, they're too busy talking to another employee behind the counter rather than doing what they are actually paid to stand there and do.

Since my time and the quality of what's sold to me means so little to a business, I take my business else where, along with anyone else I can. Which is sad since I was going to that store nearly daily, it being the closest to my house. I'll drive the extra half mile and pay the extra $0.50 a drink to go to a place I don't have to worry about such pathetic customer service. Along with the rest of my business.

This happened around 6:30PM, August 8th. If i could leave zero stars, I WOULD! Im not the type of person to be a "Karen" but this was terrible! Went in to get drinks and some snacks. They didnt have a lot of the drinks stocked,(fridge shelves were empty in a lot of spots) including the drink i wanted, which was Orange Fanta. I went over to the soda drink station and saw they had it. I got myself a 44oz, paid for it and took a sip. It was completely flat. So i dumped it. Made cashier aware. She told another employee who seemed to be at coffee station. The employee responded with "Yeah, i stopped the carbonation so i could drink the drinks, i like them that way." And then continued with whatever she was doing. Last i checked it is for the customers, who are paying. NOT the employee's because they "like them that way" that was ridiculous and very unprofessional. Not pleased and definitely did not leave a good impression at ALL. The employee behind the cash register didnt even respond to the situation and was laughing. And i left. I paid for it and ended up walking out and throwing it away. Unbelievable. I love weigels! I think everyone loves weigels. It's always busy but usually have two or all three registers running and you can get in and out pretty quickly. The employees there are friendly and pretty quick about getting people thru the line. They have the best fountain drink/coffee/misc drink selection in town. They even have milkshakes you can make there too. They have the best doughnuts that are sold at a discount every day after 5. They are fresh each day. The hot food bar is good too and the food has always been fresh and hot when i have bought here. Large convenient store product selection, great drink cooler selection and a beer cooler too. Plenty of gas pumps and average gas prices are the norm. Weigels rewards card is...
