I just used their service in April, 2017. I purchased air tickets and joined a 10 days tour to Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia for a group of 7 in June. Also, I specically asked about shopping tour and he told me was minimal, but they took us to gem shopping x 2, tailoring shop, latex product shopping x 2 and silk product shopping just to name a fews. Most hotles are average. Foods were average most of the time....
