Never had I experienced such a poor customer service. My Mom who is over 75 yrs came in to change her Ipad battery and was told to come back in 2 hrs and when she came back she was told to comeback tomorrow and waited another 2 hours and then asked to comeback in a week. Nevertheless, we had asked for her Ipad & I noticed Ben Houng name on the Ipad cloud, all her apps and pictures was completely deleted and he gave it back unfixed. When I reset to original reset, there was a Remote Management for a Equity Residential place that can't be erased by me nor Apple. Apple do not recognized and couldn't fix it either. I asked if they happened to need any repair techs. The guy says, yea Wich phone. I told them I know how to repair all phones. He then said, you bring phone hear. I said no sir I’m not looking for a repair. I’m calling to see if you may need any employees at the moment. The guy proceeded to hang up. Idk. In my opinion, if your in a business that involves customer service. You should try to maintain a friendly and positive vibe. All they had to say is literally 3 words....
