My child visited your location in Ocala Florida at the Paddock Mall on Friday 12/27. She spent $30 of her Christmas money on an item she presumed to perfume . When she got home and showed me I told her it was a room diffuser not perfume . She was very upset but I told her we could return it since it was not opened. I asked for the receipt and she said the worker did not offer a receipt but she had her receipt from other purchases at another store that night. I came with her today 12/29 to return or even get a gift card since it was in bag and not open. The location refused to exchange, refund or offer in store credit because she didn’t have a receipt . I went back with the receipt and unopened blind box and a guy in the front, I told him o would like to exchange it and pay any difference and he told me that he wouldn’t change it, because it was “opened” when it was clearly closed, asked him what was the other blind box he had and he just was so rude and inconsiderate.
