The store had its grand opening on April 9 and we had plans to go there. I looked online and saw they opened at 9:00 which we great so we got there about 9:35 and went and we then found out that apparently i looked at the wrong site and they didn’t open till 10:00 so sadly we started to leave and got half way out and they called us back and said we could certainly look around. We saw quite a few things but mainly a sectional that we needed to measure to see if it would work. So as we were leaving we saw a cabinet out in the corridor that we really liked. So we decided to come Friday to get it. I called on Wednesday and told that we could certainly get it delivered on Saturday. So we went in on Friday and told them we were there to get that cabinet but we were told we couldn’t get it Saturday they were booked up. I told them about calling and the manager behind the counter called I assume the delivery guys and they worked it out that I could get it on Saturday. Which I felt she didn’t really have to do but she definitely wanted to please a customer. So we are very happy with the way she went out of her way to help us out. Most of the ladies we have come in contact have been extremely nice and helpful. There was one that could have been a little nicer.
