Outrageous Outlet — Local services in Ocean City

⚠️I want to point out a review that states she was followed around and felt like a target. They do this for EVERYONE, they offer to bring your stuff to the counter for you (that you are carrying) so that you can look at other items in the store with free hands not because they are stalking their customers. It's called EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I know that I really appreciated being helped as my hands were full and I really wanted to keep looking around the store. People love to stir the pot and post some stupid review that is misinformation.

⚠️Also to the woman who got home "and found holes in every shirt" why didn't she post photos of these holes in the shirts. I got amazing quality tshirts for my grands and they all are great true to size.

This shore shop is awesome and has everything from Christmas Ornaments to beach chairs. I got my grandsons 2 Assateague Island stuffed horseys and tshirts, a hat for the Hubby who never buys himself anything and I made sure to get my summer 24 family vacation Christmas Tree ornament. Was coming from the Food Lion across the street. Needed a bag for sand toys so I decide to stop in. I went straight to the cashier to ask about a bag for my purpose. She showed me the area of bags. I went to look and of course saw other items that caught my eye. As I was shopping I notice a lady in the store that looked like she was shopping also. As I continued to shop, I notice this lady was always near. I went to another part of the store to buy a towel and I turned around and she was standing almost nose to nose to me to the point I almost bumped into her.and said excuse me. I decided to stop shopping and pay for the bag and towel and leave. I understand that the store may have a problem with theft but I'm not a criminal and do not want to be treated as such and if you follow one person then follow all because treatment like this ruin the everyday life experience of a person. Nice store and selection. Got each of my three kids a decal T-shirt with Ocean City on it. Once home, we washed them (inside out and cold wash). Two of the three are fine but one of them the decal came off in strips in the 1st wash. I called to see whay options I had - they did say if I was in town they would replace it, but we don't live there, and I can't come back in for a replacement since I live 9 hours away.
