Right now I am very disappointed with this place because I had lease a PlayStation 5 from my son's graduation present and it was supposed to be a brand new system end ever since we got it it makes loud noises when you turn it on and try to put a disc in it, or just straight out won't work. It does not take discs you know games are you supposed to play. It just makes this loud noise like it's going to blow up, it also gets very very hot and Aaron says steady been blowing me up about money money money money money money but they won't help me with the issue of the fact I can't even use it. I am out of town for family emergency so I'm not able to take it to the store and got it from but there has been no help, advice, nothing from Aaron's besides I want my money. And anybody in their right mind is not going to want to pay for something that they cannot use. Their customer service is horrible. Taking sure call you and blow you up when they want money from you but when it's the other way around and you need something from them you don't hear from them. In my opinion the payments should have ceased when they find out that the police station was defective. Did they just keep telling me that it's brand new it's brand new, so how does that help me even though it's brand new that makes it even worse because now I feel like I've been taking advantage of it and been giving something that was not new and instead been giving something that was either refurbished or had been used before and brought back. New systems aren't going to off the bat not work. Nothing has happened to the system it is not been bumped into it is not just been dropped he's not been scratched nothing so until I can get a PlayStation then I will be more than happy to start pain on my lease again. The how stupid would I be to pay this outrageous leasing amount wow I'm only able to just stare at it. I wish they would work on their customer service and be more attentive to customers needs instead...
Read moreBought a washer and started having issues with it. Called Aarons they had Fred come out to fix it. It took a while so we had them pick up the broken washer and drop off a loaner. Fred went to the Aarons on Bienville and fixed the washer. Aarons brought the washer back and reinstalled it. I must say they were very friendly and helpful. Until it broke again. They had Fred the repair man call again. It took 3 weeks before he responded my call for help. Fred called with a major attitude. Said oh yea that's the washer you complained about and there was nothing wrong with it. He finally came out ran the washer for 2 minutes and it didn't make the noise. It only makes the noise during the aggitating process. He said I will order parts and be back to fix it. A little over a week makes an appointment for Monday no call no show. He called yesterday told him that someone would be home about 3:45. He came a little earlier when my grandchildren were home. No adult present he insisted on coming in to work on the washer. She told him he would have to wait for her aunt and meanwhile he's cursing a and swearing to my grandchildren. Once my daughter was home he replace parts on the washer. My daughter called to complain once again about his attitude and the manager on the line tell her well you owe 14.00. No the price of the extended warranty is 9.99. Did you notice I didn't say repair right? Well that's because the noise is now worse than ever. Never again.will I deal with them. Truly very upset. I spoke with a man and lady at the ocean springs location & neither seem to care about the fact that I needed assistance with something I already paid off. I guess because no commission is being made they truly didn’t care. I love my dryer and washer but the service Aaron’s has as a company is horrible. Consider different financial companies that actual mean what they say and say what they do. Go through the company directly (Samsung, or any other providers) everything isn’t always about getting money that second because if I would’ve been honored my warranty, I would’ve definitely been a repeat customer.
