Great, small-town-style toy store in downtown Ocean Springs. Miner's Toys is one of those classic toy stores that you just don't see around anymore. They have an awesome selection of toys: well-known brands like Melissa & Doug, Green Toys, Corolle Dolls, just to name three out of the many other brands and toys they offer. Pricing is definitely reasonable if not exactly the same as large chain stores that sell toys, but here you are supporting a local store, which my wife and I love.The staff was very helpful and friendly. This place has been in business for thirty years. They are all about customer service and carry all the latest toys on the market. The front of the store has a wide variety of cool toys, stuffed animals (Gund) and novelty items. In the back they have an extensive collection of dolls. The owner of the shop is a real sweetheart and takes time to speak to each customer as if she's known them forever. Freaking awesome toy store! The lady that owns it was so sweet to my children. She encouraged them to play and enjoy themselves. They have the neatest toys. My kids left crying and she said that if they didn't leave crying then they must not have the right toys. We bought a few things and she gave them puzzles and stickers just for coming in....
