Chandeleur Outfitters — Local services in Ocean Springs

First off, love, love, love shopping in Ocean Springs but, not always over that way. Chandeleur Outfitters is a very nice store. I purchased 3 shirts from this store. One medium and 2 small less than 30 days ago. So I realized I needed all medium. All I wanted to do is swap the small for medium. Had the receipt, all original tags still on shirts and the bag. Was told I had to keep the shirts because it was after the 10 day refund policy. I did not want a refund, just to swap the size. I recently visited this store with my husband, and we both felt extremely uncomfortable with how we were being followed down the aisles and around the store. Staff seemed to watch him closely, as if he might steal something, despite him doing nothing wrong. On previous visits without him, I was not followed or monitored, which makes this treatment feel intentional. This kind of profiling is unacceptable and deeply disappointing to see in 2025.
