Walked in at about 7:45pm, 15 mins before closing. I could sense the two staff up front were looking frustrated with âlast minute customer.â I let it go and ordered two 10â subs and two kids subs meals. One of the staffâs friends walked in right behind me and they were so happy to greet them. Another lady walked in a few mins behind me at about 10 mins til closing ordering one sandwich. They acted with her as they did me, not thrilled. At 8:05pm, they handed her sub and I heard one of the staff say, that was his sub(talking about mine). A few mins later they handed me my bag of food. I asked is this the right sub knowing it wasnât because it was the smaller 7.5â subs instead of 10â. This was at about 8:10pm, I then requested a refund for the one 10â sub. Neither acted like they cared or knew how to issue refund. One stated Iâm calling the owner, I requested either a voided transaction and take all the food back or a refund for the one 10â subs. They (4 staff) couldnât process refund due to using $5 in rewards credit. Almost 40 mins total in store leaving about 8:20pm, missing my correct sandwich and the woman receiving mine⊠Owner Doug Wood said I had to call him in the morning to receive refund. In what world does this make sense?
This was my second time in this location since moving down here, first time was great, staff great, food was also. This second experience has left me pissed off and never wanting to return and still needing a refund, apology, and response from Doug...

Whereas, he ordered the Philly along with extra toppings and white bread. We paid for the 10â on our total of 3 sandwiches. His was significantly smaller with none of the extras.
I called to inform them of the confusion. I had to have been talking to a teen as they barely cared ab our complaint. Considering there was no one inside eating and it was being ran by 2 what seemed to be teenagers. I was told to bring all the sandwiches back. Mind you our order was $50+ for three sandwiches plus gas. Which we thought weâd save by pickup. The girl said âwell like youâd have to like bring them back thatâs all we can doâ I disagreed. I should have asked for a manager at that point.

I had an awesome experience at Lennyâs Grill & Subs in Ocean Springs. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the staffâthey were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do. It made the whole visit feel personal and comfortable.
