
They are different from other private gyms. Everything they say they do and offer. They actually do it and offer it. If you know private gyms they'll sell you a dream and overprice you on things they are not good at. This gym is different in that aspect. Compared to other private gyms they have A LOT of equipment in different rooms. Barbells, dumbbells, medicine balls, Kettlebells, stretch table, Pilates area, Smith machines, etc.... them having that much equipment means they can train various people in various ways. They don't care soley about your physical appearance. They pay attention to detail on the nutrition aspect as well. You will not be disappointed with the information presented to you and how they can/will help you achieve your goals. Most private gyms actually don't know to much about nutrition. They also don't help you focus on it. Once again, for a private gym they are very different and it makes sense why they been in business since the it's! ABOVE ALL - they are empathetic people. Good people. Personal training isn't just about the physicals and training. It's about having a safe space to go to, be at and having a place to go to that help build your confidence. Personal training is about helping a person be better physically, mentally and emotionally.

In addition to addressing weight loss goals, Mike’s program improved my energy levels, mental well being and various physical issues.
