April 2025 UPDATE: Our love seat was delivered last week, ahead of schedule (it had to be built). It's great, we love it! Carlos and Efrain delivered and set it up with great care! They were efficient, courteous, and super helpful in explaining how to use the many features of our new love seat. Keep up the great work, La-Z-Boy!

ORIGINAL review: Like my reluctance to shop at a new car dealership, I try to avoid furniture stores. The sales people can be too high pressure for my tastes. Well, my wife and I went in to this La-Z-Boy store and met James Macpherson. Not only was he NOT a high preassure guy, he was extremely helpful and pleasant to communicate with. We left the store with the idea that we would narrow down our choices and return to the store another day.

Having thought more about our love seat needs we went back and met Arlene Sandoval, the store manager. She was great! We narrowed down our choices with Arlene's skillful help.

To finalize our choice, Rosanna Campisi, a super expert designer, came to our house to make measurements, finalize fabrics and other details, and construct a model of the love seat in our living room. She was extremely helpful in guiding us through the final selection process, and at the same time very pleasant to converse with!

Arleen was the very friendly person that first helped me here. I had it narrowed down to three different things that my husband and I wanted. She was very quick to pull out furniture away from walls so I could allow for maximum reclining. She was available for me but did not push in anyway she suggested I have the designer come to my house to draw something up. She stated it was all complementary there were no charge charges for that. Rosanna was from the design team and came out to take measurements. I set up an appointment for a few days later to review the drawings and to bring my husband to confirm which pieces he liked. We came home to do some final measurements and then the next day we drove over and met with Arlene to finalize the paperwork and to order the new sections of couch (sectional). Desmond Blair, our salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. His assistance was very beneficial in helping us to evaluate our choices and we expect to very happy with our purchase. Whole store is clean and well furnished with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, but empty of customers because store is in a terrible location––a strip mall with other discount stores. This is not at all consistent with the La-Z-Boy brand.
