Pretty frustrating the app doesn't let you know when the 24 hour location is no longer accepting orders because there's no staff because of a break. Completely understandable to have a break. However, don't allow online orders to go through and have a pick up time that cannot be honored. The staff there is not able to cancel and refund the order you have to request it through the app. There is no refund request option there is an "inquiry" to reach out to support for them to "consider" your refund and you have to go through a long questionnaire that by the end of it does not load shows a request error page every single time (went through it on the app and a web browser on the computer) and it doesn't go through. If you take the survey and leave bad remarks it also doesn't load but if you leave good remarks it loads just fine. Pretty insane. Wasted time and money. Would recommend to call before placing your mobile order to make sure your order can actually be filled. Nothing against the location or the staff but just jack in the box company and how poorly their customer support and mobile app is ran. Honestly feel frustrated for the staff because I'm sure I'm not the only one that's experienced this issue. Shouldn't be that hard for the company to have times where mobile orders are not allowed...
Read moreNovember 11th 2021 1:48 am. I drive up, a Hispanic woman is rushing to place yellow wet floor signs in the drive through so I cannot drive in. Then she rushes to close and lock the store doors. I park and call the store. She answers and I ask why is the drive through barricaded if it clearly says open 24 hours. She tells me they are on their break and the store will not reopen until 3am. I say all the employees are on their break at the same time for the next hour and fifteen minutes? She says yes. I ask if I call corporate and ask them if this is normal operations protocol will they agree, she says go ahead call them. I ask for her name, she says “Jack in the Box” then says goodbye. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Typical of this location. The male managers during the day are helpful but the majority of the employees are disgruntled and are most likely doing foul things to food to spite patrons. I stopped going for a long time because of it. I finally decided to go back and try it again thinking maybe it was just because of something back then, but they did it again. When I called the guy out on it at the drive through window he danced around giving me an answer. I asked him, "well are the prices for a small"? Even though they only give you 2 options, medium or large. He asked, "do you want a small"? Even though in print it days its for a medium.
