I tried to put my previous experiences here aside and tell myself. “it was a long time ago”, ”they probably have changed”, “didn’t you see that new facelift the building got?”. Wrong, wrong, wrong. Coming here with someone who eats out as much or more than I do I expected a more discerning palate. smh
Good for the them on the facelift, but the inside is the same boring old and somewhat dingey décor (stuck in the 90’s between pre Subway and when pizza hut still had diners) no expansion, no upgrades and the building did the façade upgrade and not them. They should have taken the opportunity to bounce to a bigger location or try and expand to the yogurt place. I mean they’ve been there a while, you’d think they have had enough time to expand.
The place is always packed, straight up everyone waiting for seating and I get that it’s a to go style food, but it kinda hurts business when people don’t want to take it to go and don’t want to wait 15 minutes for a table once they’ve ordered. The online menu is about 90% accurate to the instore so ordering ahead wasn’t quite what I expected.
No wet naps, really? What year is this? I mean when I’m paying $20 for 12 wings, seasoned fries and a drink I’d expect at least that.
Lemon pepper is basically just butter with pepper, I tasted no lemon zing and they were so wet (despite being a typically dry style), they basically were swimming in a sauce that had no flavor. This was a joke, straight up. I was actually annoyed at this more than the battered fries (seasoned? Please) and to upgrade to that from 4 breadsticks was more than $1.50. Those breadsticks are close, but no cigar for Pat & Oscars. A saving grace is they carry Mr. Pibb and this area at night is less crowded than it is in the evening.

Read moreHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called in my order at 8pm. They told me it was going to take 25 min. No big deal, right? Wrong. We arrived on time for our order, but it wasn't ready. So I paid and waited. As we waited, we noticed customers come in and wait for a cashier to take their order, but they were ignored. I watched as these workers walk to the register and walk off and completely ignore the line of customers. I checked on my order after 10 more minutes and it still wasn't ready. They were waiting on my breadsticks, according to them. Waited another 5 minutes and checked on my order AGAIN and it STILL wasn't ready! My wings were sitting right there, but my breadsticks still weren't ready. By that time, my wings were cold! By 8:45p they were still ignoring customers with no sense of urgency to complete these orders! I called my order in early so I wouldn't have to wait, but after almost an HOUR of waiting, I went up and asked for a refund. The cashier was VERY RUDE! She has no skills in customer service....ZERO! Gave me attitude when I asked for a refund. Her name is Ariana, if I remember correctly. She never apologized for the long wait and refused to give me the manager's name. Employees like her is what's going to run that place into the ground! She's a snotty kid who doesn't deserve to take up a spot in the workforce. She needs to get fired. I'm never coming...

I made an attempt to make a phone order in which she handled her self very poorly. Started to cuss at me and screaming she said she was going to hand up the phone. Only because I was asking a few questions about the orders and different sauces and she said she doesn't have time for all those questions and she was going to hang up the phone because she doesn't appreciate me wasting her time asking more than 2 questions she said I could only ask 2 questions. (Never have I heard that rule.) I asked why is she acting so rude and she started screaming and cussing me over the phone then proceeded to hang up on me. I have NEVER been treated this way by a supposed "General manager". I will NOT be spending my money in this location again because of her.
