( Oconomowoc location) Bought a Bed liner was told theyâd deliver it. when it came in , I was told they couldnât cause it wouldnât fit in theyâre truck. went up there with a van it wouldnât fit in that (Paul) said they would rent a U-Haul trailer and deliver it to me next day called a few days later to see why it hasnât been delivered yet (manny store manager) said â he shouldnât of told me that and they wonât be doing thatâ ok I was cool about that no problem. Went and got a trailer to pick it up when I got there bed liner was all messed up , corners bent , big buckles everywhere I asked for them to exchange this they told me no thereâs nothing they can do so now Iâm stuck with that and I been going to o Reilly for 10+ years and have a business account with them for 5 years now, they would always deliver everything to me no questions asked. Now since all this happened and I was very unhappy about the bed liner and that hole issue. (manny store manager) says they wonât be delivering to my business anymore cause they feel unsafe Yet heâs be doing all my deliveries for a while now has been here numerous times.. called jon Gomez heâs above manny to fix this and he said thereâs nothing he can do cause employees feel unsafe now. (Which I havenât done anything to deserve any of this) But for 5 years delivering to the same address none of them ever felt that way??? Loyal customers like me spending thousands and thousands of dollars to yâall is what keep that business thriving. And how you treated one is why Yâall just lost a very loyal customer who spends thousands of dollars every year and sends multiple people to your store every single day.. without loyal customers yâall wouldnât make it same goes for every other business in this world and those loyal customers who havenât done anything to deserve this and spend thousands to your store should be getting top notch service , making it right and fixing the problem instead of causing new ones. The lady who answered the phone told me she would be able to help... after my question, she deferred to another co-worker who said (keep in mind I could hear them speaking) I don't know anything about batteries!!! Then it came out that the lady I spoke to 1st had only worked there for 2 weeks. They were just plain lazy! Since Rob the manager has taken over my service and part purchasing has trippled monthly. Guys like Dave and Paul, along with Mike has made my purchasing easy and I am confident buying from them. I make my orders by phone and am very happy with the excellent service and the swift delivery I receive. I can't say enough positive comments about the way this store has come together.
