Lion's Den — Local services in Octa

The new store gets a 5 for looks and cleanliness. The staff however left much to be desired. I was putting my mask on as I was coming in the door and was told to keep it over my nose. Okay okay jeez lol. We start looking around and picking up the stuff we came for plus some. When the other employee told me to pull my mask up. The problem was it was already up and my nose was covered. They both then proceeded to watch every move we made and glared at us constantly. We ending up putting about 200 dollars plus of merchandise back and just bought the lube we came in for. I would say is you are looking to be treated like a criminal and made to feel uncomfortable the entire time you shop then this location is the one for you. If you want to be treated with dignity and respect stick to the one...

I was hesitant to go in because of some of the older reviews but I was already in the area and thought "why not?". Very glad that I did too. I'm pretty sure that I'm coming here from now on.

The employees that helped me were friendly and incredibly informative. Which, considering the products that are sold here, should be a standard but it seems to be ignored in many other adult retailers.

The location itself is in the middle of nowhere so I expected the old trucker stop "ADULT" store. Dim lights, some magazines, and dirty floors. But this store is faaaaar from that. The place is pretty well...

Went back in after a bad experience with the wap pills, and the staff was AMAZING. Tammy and the manager Mary were so helpful and apologetic over my experience with the product even though they didn't manufacture or choose to shelve the product. I hope that Lions Den can do the right thing and take them off the shelf or put up some type of warning to customers. We spend more than we should there corporate is lucky they have two amazing employees there to make up for what they screw up by continuing to put products like that on the shelf. Hope to continue seeing those two amazing ladies working...
