Anthropologie — Local services in Oklahoma City

I always love to shout out a great customer experience! We were greeted and offered help as soon as we walked through the door by a bubbly sweet woman who was so excited to give us her review of all the new dresses (I wish I remembered her name but sadly I don’t) we looked around for a while. I tried on a few dresses for my wedding shower. Didn’t love the way they were fitted/how they hung. Tara who was working in the dressing rooms took what i said about one of the dresses and brought back a new arrival that wasn’t out yet and it was PERFECT it matched our wedding colors, it fit the way i wanted it to and i love it! Stopped in this location while visiting family in OKC. I have never been met with a more unfriendly, unhelpful staff in an Athro store in all my years shopping. It started with the rude, unfriendly store manager and trickled down to the 4 other associates I encountered. I actually left without buying the over $500 in merchandise I wanted to purchase because I don’t want this store to get credit for the sale. I spent $400 on 4 pink curtain panels. I received 2 $49 black camisole tops with a packing slip that said 4 pink curtain panels. I called and customer service said they are out of the curtains. No one called , emailed, nothing. They just sent me 2 shirts that are identical and tiny. Wth. Never shopping here again.
