Columbia Factory Store — Local services in Oklahoma City

Staff was awful. Employee with the name Misty was unhelpful and incredibly rude. Misty stood in front of clothes that we were looking at, did not offer help whatsoever. The dressing rooms closed more than half an hour before the store was supposed to close. I understand store closing hours, but we were being rushed out of the place before it was even close to closing time. Clothes were rang in at a higher price than on the tag, and when we told Misty she was silent and unapologetic and changed the price with an attitude. I was driving along the road when a policeman drove up beside me and shouted “pull over”! I replied “actually, it’s my new Columbia jacket but thank you for noticing”. 😂😂😂
