I recently visited the Kate Spade outlet, I was extremely excited since I’m a huge fan... and it was my first time in the store since it opened last year... upon entering the store, I was never greeted, by ANYONE!!!! And I saw at least 3-4 associates... I proceeded to look around, not being familiar with the store, I had some questions, I was never approached, and everyone seemed to busy themselves when I came in their direction... becoming immediately annoyed, I left the store... without anyone ever saying one word to acknowledge my presence or exit!!! I think I will stick to the website!!! I wish I could give a negative star!! Horrible...

I was told I could for a price check and the manger belittled me and profiled me in front of other customers and her staff. All Because we asked for a price check. I then left the store and then 10minutes called the store on my cell phone. I spoke to her and told her that the actions taken towards me were in called for. I explained how it made us fell but her apology was horrible. The other employees were wonderful and we're very helpful and respectful. Read moreShopping is fun for me and as a prior retail manager I may be more critical of this issue. Every time Ive gone I’ve been followed around the store, and asked what they can help me with by every employee on shift, and then they take turns asking me a 2nd time within 10 min.This is not customer service, that is not retail service, it’s not personable, and it makes me uncomfortable and has made me question if they are profiling me as a thief. I would love to spend my money here, but if this hoovering style of retail service is the expectation at Kate Spade, that will just be a brand I own...
