If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only was the drive through lady rude but she interrupted my husband's order so many times she got the order wrong itself. When we got to the window he told her it was wrong and she was rude again and asked him a second time if the order was his. He said yes but the cheese fries were supposed to be chilly cheese. She took it back and yelled through the window that she would add chilly. Then returned them with literally a mess of chilly just thrown on top. Then we saw the mozzarella sticks. They all had rxploded in the frier and the cheese was everywhere. We asked for ranch and got marinara instead. When we drove into a stall to ask for ranch we waited 5 minutes before someone answered the red button and she simply yelled that they were drive through only. We simply said we just needed ranch and she ignored us. So we asked a worker who had just walked food out to a car and he looked over and just walked off ignoring us too. And when the screen came up for me to select payment method it ignored me and went to the next frame saying food was being made and they have an option to change payment method so I did and charged my card, it was approved and I added a 2 dollars tip. They then proceeded to come up and say that I never paid even though the payment was confirmed on the screen and say that “they can’t take it” so they’ve essentially stolen my money and then demanded I double charge to get the food. Incredibly condescending the whole time.
It takes several days for payment to post on my bank so when it does I’ll make sure to post it up here.

Read moreDo not stop here for any reason. I give several chances to a restaurant before doing bad reviews. This place is now 100% accurate on getting my orders wrong. Every single order for the past year has been wrong in one way or another. This morning, I was sitting in one of their stalls for over 30 min waiting on my corrected order. First, after 10 min they couldn’t find my order I placed on the app, then they found it and brought out a combo meal without tots after waiting 20 min. My cold brew coffee was ordered with no ice, but the drink probably had more ice in it than it did coffee. Then I was told they are out of tots and will give me fries instead. Sonic fries are not good so they switched it out for cheese sticks and brought me a cold coffee without ice after another 10 min. The carhop was very nice and I could tell she was frustrated as well.
