Opolis Clothing — Local services in Oklahoma City

This is really hard review for me tor write... the quality of the clothing and uniqueness of the store is second to none... it's my favorite place in Campus Corner and when I travel to Norman for a game, I have to visit.

The issue I have is the quality of the customer service. Look, I get it, customers are hard to deal with. However, they are the lifeblood of small organizations like this and its the customers who become repeat shoppers are the ones that will make or break you.

While the first issue I had was taken care of rather quickly... I have an issue with the way the lack of response from an inquiry I have. I choose to shop and pay the higher than market prices for your product. Even if you are busy or do not want to deal with issues... that is what you have to do to keep my business. Unfortunately, I think I am at a point of never shopping here again and that makes me sad because I absolutely love...

So I’ve been to this store on at least 5 separate occasions, hopeful that the service would improve, they have amazing shirt designs and I really believe in shopping local. On one visit I was there for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence, even when they had no one else in the store. None the less it’s a great place for THUNDER, OU and OSU shirts so maybe they just don’t know how to hire staff that knows customer service. I am not going to fault the artist of these unique shirts because they are great, I just know I would have bought more tees if I didn’t feel like I was bothering someone texting while I was...

If over priced, poor quality, and terrible customer service are requisites for your business, you should definitely shop with Opolis.

You must pay to ship returns, which is okay, as they’re a small business and I understand. Then after returning your items they will accuse you of wearing and damaging items and washing them, they will claim they have evidence of such but will not provide it, even after being asked. If trying on an item isn’t allowed , they should state that. They will call you a liar - all to save a few dollars. No sense in supporting local if you get worse quality, worse service,...
