PROTIP: If it's a drive to get to this place, call before you go. The last two times we made plans to go there has been a private party renting out the place. Can't seem to find where that's been stated anywhere on Social Media. Extremely frustrating to pay to park, get to the door, and only then see a sign that the place is closed due to a private party.
EDIT 30 Oct 2023: We tried again and Fassler Hall knocked it out of the park. Had a table reserved and even lucked out on the free parking up close to the entrance. We played a couple games of bowling and then dinner. Bowling decor was awesome. Never change it.
We "Fed the Table" along with some nachos. Menu has something for just about everyone. Seriously, picking the type of sausage was the hardest part on the Feed the table item. The Pretzel was hot, soft, and delicious. The chicken was not dry. We did opt for dessert and the Pretzel bread pudding , I think, was the favorite. Peanut Butter Pie had me wishing for some milk to help wash it down. Instead, I drank beer.
On Beer, There is a very respectable beer list here. Lots of German styles and brands. Some strong local offerings as well. Lots of choices here. Darks, Pilsners, Ales, Lagers and they are all better than those Macro brews from the big boys. More Flavor, higher ABV, ...Just Better beers. Branch out, get a liter of something you can't pronounce and never look back. Now is your chance to try.
Service was solid. Took a little bit to get our first round but I think our server (I wish I could remember his name, sorry) had more than a couple tables. no worries there. He was attentive and answered the few questions we had. I was reading where another reviewer said the patio needs music. I'm here to report there was music on the patio. Also, this place is perfect for a date night. I would have happily taken my wife out here when we were dating and she would have loved it.
We'll be back, Maybe a larger party, maybe we'll rent the place out. =) Thanks for the great time folks.
1/7: had a group of 25 out and it went well. Was a little tight but everyone had a good time.
7/17/25: had the work group out and some plus ones after 5pm. Fassler still solid. Good service. Some tap beers were unavailable but that's not a big deal. Plenty to choose from. Thanks again...
Read moreStopped in OKC for a couple nights and had our first meal at Fasser Hall on a Saturday evening. Nice beer select, fantastic service and great atmosphere. The food was great too. We shared three sausages, but didn't get the sampler because we wanted to try everything on their rolls with all the fixings. Had the brat, a hatch chile and gouda sausage and their Chicago Dog. All of the sausages, topping and buns were super fresh and tasty. I think the standout was the Hatch Chile and Gouda sausage, which had crispy onion straws and a cilantro cream. The gouda and chili sausage itself gives a comfort food vibe. Loved it. Now as for the Chicago Dog, I am a born and raised, Chicagoan, so I had to try it out. Believe it or not, this is the best version of a Chicago hotdog that I've had outside of Chicago. I almost gave up on trying hotdogs outside of Chicago "just to see" because everyone messes it up, or puts something on it that doesn't belong. Not here. Fassler Hall's Chicago hot dog has all the correct toppings. It's not a vienna beef dog, and it seems like it was made locally, but it was a fantastic all beef dog that matched perfectly. The only feedback that I have, as a Chicagoan, who is super critical of hot dogs outside of my own city limits, is that they were just a bit too heavy handed with the toppings. Honestly, I can see they are going for an elevated Chicago dog experience, so I don't think it's expected to be an exact match. They really loaded it up though! However, you can just knock some relish off for a closer to authentic experience. Overall, kudos to the Fassler Hall chef that is doing justice to the dog! I will be recommending Fassler Hall to everyone visiting the OKC area, and I would certainly stop by for a beer and a meal if I am in...

Descend into the depths, and you'll discover a bowling alley straight out of the '70s—a time capsule of nostalgia where strikes and spares mingle with the echoes of yesteryear.
As for the culinary delights, I embarked on a journey of sausage discovery, with the hatch chile variety emerging as the triumphant champion. And oh, the house mustard—a condiment fit for a Prussian king, elevating every bite of sausage and duck fat fry to gastronomic glory.
