Honestly, I do most of my shopping online because it is most convenient for me. Every now and then, I need to return something because it doesn't fit or I end up not liking the product. EVERY TIME I go to this location to do a return, I get the rudest associates. When the associate today said how much I was getting back, her co-worked mumbled "Oh Jesus" and walked away. I worked for Chicos FAS a couple of years ago, so I know returns don't even hurt the store itself. They make me feel so uncomfortable that I don't even stick around to browse the store.
