Bought a swimsuit there for $43 and once I got to the beach I noticed the dye was coming off on my skin. I tried to wash it off with water and it was not coming off. I walked back to the store where I explained the situation and showed them my arms and back which were completely covered in blue dye and they said they don't do returns, which was not posted anywhere in sight nor was it on the receipt. They said they would be able to give us a store credit and when we said that we should receive a refund for selling a faulty product we were differed to another man. This man was outright rude to myself and my family and wouldn't even make eye contact. He said he would not accept the swimsuit back because he would just have to throw it away, basically saying he didn't want to loose the money. He just kept repeating that they never had an issue before and refused to acknowledge that they were in the wrong selling a damaged product. He had an awful attitude towards us and ended up ignoring us and helping another customer. I received no money back or store credit for the faulty bathing suite this shop sold me and I am appalled by the lack of respect for their customers. In all, a mixed experience. Rich in goods, light in kindness. Enter preparedâand carry the patience of...

The card company called to say that the card was put on hold because the charge went through the first time and the company was trying to prevent fraudulent charges. We had used a different card to pay for the purchase but went back the next day with this new information to try to sort things out as we had paid twice for the same purchase. They refused to acknowledge that this had happened saying that they didn't receive a "piece of paper from the machine" so the charge never happened and that we needed to take it up with the credit card company. Well, Harold, just because your circa 1960 cash register didn't give you a magical print out doesn't mean that the charge didn't happen, because the credit card company verified that it did....
