We booked a room for 4 adults and 2 kids and was told 4 days before checking in that we only get one spot to park in. And the other car has to b parked down the street. When I called to ask about this the women at the desk was really rude. Telling me I was making a fuss and that other guests have no problem parking down the street. And im the first one. And that they have alot to deal with and she wasn't going to help me. I dont understand why they would rent a room with one spot for 4 adults and 2 kids, they expected us to come in one car. The lady at the front desk, he needs to work on her people's skillsIf she's going to answer the phone for a business.
UPDATE: Mold in the shower, sand and someone else's used contact on the bathroom floor. Bed was hard as a rock, pillows not comfortable at all. Could hear people under us all night our first night there. The stairs you have to walk up to get up to the third floor room Penthouse, are very scary they move alot going up and down and very narrow too. Ac until are set at 64 and can't go lower so hot the first night. We also had to pay $110 to park down the street at a pair 6. And that was from Friday 4pm-sunday 9am. And you can't move the car at all or u would need to pay again for a spot. And the...

Even after I calmly explained that we barely used the TV because we spent most of our time at the beach, she continued to call me a liar and escalated the conversation with disrespectful and aggressive behavior.
What was especially inappropriate was that she openly discussed details of damage in another guest’s room — a clear violation of privacy and confidentiality. That alone should be alarming to anyone considering staying here.
After this upsetting incident, I reviewed other guest comments and noticed a pattern of this host treating people from other nationalities poorly. Her assumptions and accusations based on our accent were not only false but discriminatory.
I would not recommend this place to anyone — especially to international travelers or people from diverse backgrounds. A good location is not worth being disrespected, profiled, or having your...
