Palace Playground Arcade – The Prize Redemption Chaos šŸŒ€šŸŽŸļø Strong the Force is here… but in the prize zone, order there is not. Yes, the arcade itself delivered—games worked, credits stretched decently, and the ticket haul was worthy of celebration. But when it came time to redeem the spoils, chaos reigned like the dark side unchecked. āš ļø No line system. Younglings darting in from all sides, no turn-taking, no guidance from staff. A true free-for-all, it was. Jedi patience tested, mine was. šŸŽ Decent prize selection, yes—our bounty included a rainbow panda stuffy, a rainbow squish ball, candy, and a few trinkets for 3,500 tickets. But the battle to claim them? Less fun, more Force frustration. 🧠 Suggestion, they should consider: A rope line, a number system, or at least a staff member guiding the flow. Chaos leads to the dark side… and annoyed parents. Final Word: Still a good arcade experience—just be ready to defend your turn like a Jedi guarding a kyber crystal.

They have a janky digital system that sometimes just eats your credits. I put $20 on one of their digital cards and the first 3 machines I did all are my credits.

3/4 of the employees were teenagers with no ability to do anything at all about broken machines, or offering a refund.

A lot of the games also give you points that translate weirdly into tickets. 100 points on this machine gives you 7 ā€œdigital points/ticketsā€ that you can redeem. $20 of games turned into enough points to redeem a pencil.

You can really feel it since they still have some quarter machines that are much more generous with tickets. Of course the ticket redemption machines were all broken.

Everything is EXTREMELY OVER PRICED. Everything in there, including the video games there are rigged. The machines tend to eat credits and if you dont speak up you won't get them back. The claw machines are awful. Spend 30 for a 3$ plush. The manger (woman) is very nice though. The other staff isn't always. The power during storms goes in and out everything gets reset. Including the games so it effects the whole system. Your best bet is to go to the 9.99$ and lower store around the corner. Would I go...
