Very Disappointed – Misleading Product & Poor Customer Service I was told I was purchasing an embroidered sweatshirt, but what I received was a cheap embroidered patch pressed onto the sweatshirt — completely misleading. I paid $73.84 and was then told to wash it inside out, which only raised more red flags about the quality.

I tried to contact the store via phone and text immediately after the purchase with no response. When I returned in person just minutes later, I was told there are no returns. This was never mentioned at checkout. Only after I complained did the man walk me to the back corner of the store to point out a small, handwritten sign that said “no refunds, exchange only.” Totally unacceptable.

This is false advertising, poor business practice, and just plain shady. The staff was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone —...

This store was great ! The guy that runs it was super nice and helpful. He prints the shirts and sweatshirts right there in front of you and gives tips on keeping them fresh.
