Don't go here. The girl working the register and the guy painting the stuff are insanely rude and act like you're privileged to be at their shop. I mean, we all know they take 50-cent hats, airbrush your name on them, and sell them for $15. It's a tourist area, and that's how they make money. But, come on, at least be nice to the customers. I had my family in from FL and brought them to the pier. They wanted to get a hat, so we stopped. The guy who paints the hats was literally doing nothing, and we asked how long it would take. The girl at the register said, with a heaping serving of attitude, it would take an hour. We were on our way out and said we couldn't wait that long, so the painter-guy started throwing stuff around, talking under his breath, and said "fine, I'll do it now." They don't deserve to be in business if they cannot change their attitude towards customers.

Update: Cute excuse, except you weren't on the computer. Rather, you were simply standing around. And, even if you were working on a job, 1) that doesn't excuse the rudeness of the woman working the register, and 2) why not tell us that you cannot accommodate our request because you're in the...

Worst customer experience I've had in a long time. We paid for our merchandise and were then informed that it would be a 3 hour wait for them to complete the order. We had three children with us who had already been at the beach for hours at that point. We kindly requested that they cancel the order and refund us our money as we were not able to wait that long. We were then met with the women yelling at us "Are you stupid? This is a custom job why should we tell you that it would take this long? We're not able to refund you the money". Really? I was shocked that they would speak to their customer like that, also it was a couple of hats which they use stencils for not the Mona Lisa. After going back and forth with her and another man who worked there they finally completed our order but at that point we were all frustrated and it kind of killed the evening. I will never go...

Wanted to take a moment to Thank Old Orchard Air Brush for the extraordinary talent! We have been going to Paul Cary and his incredible staff for years ( Noah , etc. ) This has become a family tradition . Every year OOB Airbrush goes above and beyond. Customer service is outstanding, their isn't anything they won't do to please their customers. They have become like an extended family. If you haven't heard of them, then you are missing out. Each Creation is unique. You won't find anything like OOB Airbrush. Once again the smashed it on delivery, got everything we needed before leaving to come back home . Honest, Kind and always a pleasure to deal with. Can't wait to order more stuff! Hats off to you guys. You will always have us as customers.
