I will never go to OLYMPIA fierstone ever again the new store manager is very unprofessional when I was there the whole time he was out of uniform I know from firsthand that as a store manager, youâre supposed to be wearing your uniform even if youâre off the clock and still helping a customer my husband was store manager of Olympia for years. That is how I know he was not following Fierstone policy they did do what they needed to do to my vehicle, but they broke my ABS sensor when they were putting my rear differential back into my car, it took them forever to listen to me to have it be put back on the rack So that my friend, who is an extra Fierstone employee who has 18+ years of Of experience being a mechanic to find their mess And then the manager got in my friendâs face. I thought I was going to have to call the cops because I thought a fight was gonna be brought out. Manager and my friend because of the Manager getting in my friendâs face for no parent reason no store manager should ever Of acted like that all my friends said was fix the problem that I just found because you probably could not do your job It because they broke my sensor and they should replace it but no the manager said you can take it somewhere else he was done dealing with me So I walked into the store, asked for corporateâs number I couldnât even get corporateâs number he gave me He gave me a website To I couldâve looked that up myself I wanted a phone number. I know that as a store manager, normally you would have that stuff written down on hand Not having to call somebody to get that number I know that my husband had it all of those numbers written down so that Ever needed to have corporateâs number or high up numbers of some kind he had them on him and could give them to them if they need me Because he was a very good store manager, the best Olympia Fierstone has ever had so because of this, I will never take any of my vehicles To Olympia Fierstone, I will go somewhere else somewhere where I know Iâll get treated right even if I have to...
Read moreI took my car in for tires, the knew I was on a tight schedule but talked me into a battery. The completely up sold me. They did perform the duties listed above however they didnât check to see if the radio works. It doesnât I donât have a code. They said it was in my ownerâs manual it is not. They suggested I bring it back in Iâm 30 minutes one way from them. When I called the Acura dealer they informed me that my car would have alerted me a poor battery. Instead they said their diagnosis stated my car could not start today, tomorrow or within a week. Complete scare tactics! I spent $400 more than I needed to because of this behavior. They also knew that I had a vet appointment immediately after and they were in a rush! They should have never returned the vehicle unless it was in the condition that I brought it inâŚterrible. They had no respect of my time whatsoever. Come to find out the battery was disconnected improperly. There is no code in the manual I have to call Acura link tomorrow. I have no radio, no hands free, no navigation system. Tomorrow I get to drive to Portland without any of those conveniencesâŚthanks! They donât really donât understand new vehicles and mine is a 2016! They kept insisting I come back in so they could fix it no way they could have so I would have wasted another 2. Hours of my time. Not only that they left the dashboard showing the system maintenance monitor. I brought my car in with everything working and now itâs not. My husband reminded that I bought a new battery 2 years ago pretty sure there diagnostics are correct, but at least the last place I left and everything was correct. They talked me into a lifetime alignment program which I will never use since I will never return. Hopefully Acura link can figure it out on Tuesday totally money grab with terrible mechanics that have no idea what they are...
Read moreDecided to trust Firestone on Harrison to replace my struts, an alignment, as well as an oil change. This is work I had been needing done for awhile, but financially havenât been able to flex it. I usually have friends or family work on my car because I cannot provide this service for myself. I went with Firestone for reliability and ease. I didnât receive either of those. I picked up my car, paid over $1200 for all three services, and they somehow never touched my oil. So for a whole week after getting work done, I am driving around thinking my oil has been replaced, and I am completely dry. I paid for the service, so there wasnât a doubt in my mind that it wasnât done. When I spoke to the service advisor after noticing my oil was dry, he claimed he needed to speak to the âtechnicianâ about what happened. I am about 80% positive that the service technician himself WAS the one who did that work on my car. And even if Brandyn wasnât, he was still in charge of making sure all the boxes were checked before handing me my keys and taking my money. When I called initially, I also was told by the blonde woman who is on the phones âyour car must be burning the oil outâ. My 2013 Chevy Traverse is burning 6 quarts of oil less than a week after an oil change??? Just say you made a mistake rather than finding excuses. The lack of accountability is just as disappointing as my service not being completed. I checked my oil before leaving the parking lot, just in case. And there was oil all over my engine, itâs like they didnât even use a funnel when pouring. So I cleaned that up before leaving their parking lot for the last time. I am extremely unhappy with my experience at Firestone, and will...
