If I could give this place 0 Stars I would. 1/5 customer service, 0/5 on problem solving when they make mistakes, 1/5 orders received in timely manner, 1/5 orders delivered neatly (without damaged pizzas or missing items ect). Overall I'd give them a 0.5 out of 5 because their business is poor and not done well at all! They have a habit of not delivering full orders! I have ordered several times only to not receive all items in my order. When I call them to inform them they make excuses. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but this has now happened several times including last night. I ordered pizza for my family and with the pizza ordered 3 sodas. The driver was in such a hurry to hand me every thing. He shoved a bag with sodas into my hand then bread sticks and as I was trying to hand the bag off to my younger brother the driver hurriedly shoved the two large pizzas on top of the bread sticks in my hand. Now keep in mind I've been dealing with excruciating pain because of a toothache and unfortunately don't see my dentist for 4 more days cuz that is as soon as the dentist could get me in. So concentrating was not an easy task. I didn't notice that one of the 3 sodas was missing. So upon review today I saw that the order was not delivered in full so I called. Once again excuses were made and of course they tried to blame me for the mix up since I had not called back last night. The customer is not responsible for delivery drivers not doing their jobs properly. If the delivery driver hurries out of the store without making sure they have the whole order then that is the delivery driver's fault. Now as I've said before this has happened multiple times now. The driver is always in such a hurry and clearly doesn't double check the order to make sure they have everything in the order before they hurry out of the store to deliver the order. So back to talking to them after noticing the order was missing an item. They said they would deliver the soda only to call me back and tell me they could NOT deliver deliver the soda and asked if I wanted a credit or refund. Now any one who orders pizza knows that a credit for a $4 soda would not be worth the credit at all because pizza is expensive. So refund or soda delivery are the only options for this mistake. In this case the head of house hold who gave me the money to pay for the order wanted her soda. Again they refused and so I pointed out that if they refused to deliver the soda how was I to be reimbursed the refund? If they refused to deliver the soda then they wouldn't deliver the refund either. After much attitude on their part, yelling from the head of house hold, and my attitude and temper wearing thin they finally begrudgingly said they would deliver the soda the head of house wants but "it will take a few hours". So long review yes. But their customer service is awful, they are always "under staffed" (hence they cannot deliver the missing item from order), and they are always messing up orders and then blame the customers. My phone was dead and in the other room...that was the reason I ordered online. Then when I tried to call the store back, I was directed to a Pizza Hut Call Center rather than the store itself and an employee had to direct my call to the proper store... I ordered online, and arrived ten minutes after the email confirmation said my order would be ready specifically so I wouldn't need to wait in store. I paid the manager if the store in cash, and he didn't even bother to look in their hot box to see if my food was ready he just walked away. Well fifteen minutes later I flag down another employee as he literally vanished, and low and behold my pizza was sitting there the entire time I waited.
