★Employee #3342579★ Usually the store is great about customer service, but today our experience was shady at best, we were among allot of Halloween shoppers and there was no help on the floor so we had to look at literally everything, and then when we checked out the cashier was rude and seemed to be bothered by us. He corrected me when I shook my head yes saying mmmhm, which he said "then yes?" sarcastically like that's the proper answer and then remarked my wife's name being tawmie he said it was the strangest way he's ever seen the name spelled and when she said it was the girl version he looked at her stupid and said "oh... alright..." Like clearly he didn't want to be there. Dude if you don't want to work then don't work. Employee #3342579 we spent 100 dollars and I think next year we will go somewhere else. They either didn't have what we were looking for or we didn't know about it because nobody was out...

I rushed and drove a long way to hopefully get a large Fog Machine the day after Halloween for the 50% off. When I got there I thought, "Too bad, guess they sold all the large ones". So, I decided to buy the small one. I was told that corporate told them to pull, (take off the shelf) all the fog machines before the store opened, so I could not get even the small one at half off. Always a good experience in this store. Helpful staff and friendly service. I would recommend going in ASAP though as they tend to run out of sizes. Great quality in the costumes I bought and looking forward to putting together my own spin on what I bought for my steampunk costume. Definitely recommend and I will shop there again. Beware!! if you have small children that there are a lot of very scary decorations that are set up inside the door. Very cool decorations just be careful with little ones. Happy...
