LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT!! I asked to see an item, it had a $48 pricetag, I asked the cashier if both colors of that item were that price, she said yes. I purchased, when I got home I saw I was charged double. When I called they said they couldn't fix over the phone I would have to come in. When I drove back, I was told the sticker was wrong and she tried to take it. I was then told I had to pay that new price. When I asked to return it, she said she could, but wouldn't give me a receipt or proof of return and it would take a few days for the return. When I asked how I was supposed to prove I returned it...she had no answer. So I got to pay double since she couldn't figure it out. Never shopping...

I’ve been a customer since their Shelton store and it’s so nice that they’ve opened a shop here in Olympia. Great staff and knowledgeable about their products. They strive to have the best quality for everything they sell. Yesterday I came in and Andrew was working. It was my first time meeting him and his customer service was top notch. So this place is definitely the only spot I will go from now on… I’ve been there for five times now and every time I’m only more satisfied and sure that I can get what I want when I want at.
