Came here Sept 30th after ordering online for curbside pickup. Order said 15 minute wait time so we waited 20 min then called to say we were there to pick up. Woman answered the phone and was beyond rude stating we were there way before it said to pickup, which we weren't, and it wasn't even started. She said it would be 30 - 40 more minutes, but they would start making it now. It was shocking since the parking lot was empty except for one car and onlyntwo people in their eating and no line. Smh We left for 20+ minutes and came back. Someone was in the pickup spot we had been in previously so I called to let them know that we had returned and what space we were in, but before I could say anything other than the name on the order she yelled at me, yes yelled, that we had called 3 times now and we were told it isn't done so quit calling. I told her she was mistaken that we called when we arrived AFTER the online system said it would be ready, then we left and now we're calling to say we were back so they knew we were there and where we were parked. I then told her that I didn't know what her problem was and why she was so rude (probably because she had to actually do her job) and that she needed to just cancel the order because her attitude from minute one was beyond ridiculous. She said no problem and hung up. Shocker shocker I am having to dispute the charge with my credit card because although we received no food, she still charged us almost $41. This location has gone to trash!!! Go to Hawks Prairie location they are much better with much...
Read moreI order a family salad with instructions of no lettuce (technically I’m allergic to lettuce) but request 3x the toppings. My phone number was on the order as well. I arrived to pick up my order and the toppings were small amount of toppings. I had asked for the 3x the toppings. I ended up speaking to the manager and was told “we no longer do this, this has been our policy effective April, and we only do the three pinch method per toppings”. I point out that every other MOD has done this for me and that I am allergic to lettuce. I also point out that if this was an issue then why didn’t anyone call me about my order. Of course by now I’m starting to feel like I’m begging for my food and having a debate. I ask the manager to just give me my salad which is PAID for but the manager would not give me my salad. So, I just walk out - with no salad. The manager ends up following me outside and hands me the order with the “well, now that I know WHY you can’t have lettuce I’ll give you your extra toppings”. Really, I have to go to all that trouble for a salad....
Read moreWill never go back to this location. Have been there twice, a month apart, and had the same experience both times. Staff ignored us at the counter - didn’t even acknowledge us. There were 4 people ahead of us in line to order and the gal - yep, just one, stood with her back to us making pizzas. Never looked directly at is, never said she would be right with us, nothing. She was working on 4 pizzas. VERY slowly working on them. As if she was in the store by herself. The young man at the oven looked like he was pretty busy. That’s it. 2 employees at 11:30am on a Friday. Five out of six of us left without ever ordering. The time before it was nearly exactly the same. There were more employees but they were unconcerned that there were customers in the store. More interested in chatting amongst themselves. Mod corporate should know this and do something. I will be driving miles out of my way to visit the Lacey store...
