I have no idea how this place has a four star rating, I wish I could give them a negative double zero... I was there this afternoon with my girlfriend (exchanging a pair of pants that didn't fit our little boy). Needless to say, we didn't find what we were looking for so we wanted to ask for our original item back. My girlfriend waited in line for several minutes! Two cash registers open and the unprofessional staff just kept on calling the customers at the check-out line! My girlfriend is clearly disabled, she's undergoing cancer treatment is on oxygen and a feeding tube. There is a sign that clearly states that the register closest to the exit shall remain open to service the disabled at all times. Obviously management just posted it up for nothing because the NO ONE attended to my girlfriend. We will never return to this location and I will urge others to stay away, too. Furthermore, I will be in contact with headquarters as such unprofessional ism is an abomination! It's a shame this location employs people with low to no work ethic because I've been very pleased with my shopping experience at the Pomona and Chino...

Plenty of Parking. Surprised that store was stocked with lots of items especially after the Holidays. Store IS located in a Spanish Speaking Community. Get ready to be Stared at When You Enter this Business. IT WAS Very Uncomfortable Walking around the Store. Cashier WAS Rude and Didn't Want to Bag my items. Great prices, customer service was good, but shopping with a child that has to use the restroom and them not having one for the public is horrible. After asking if my daughter can use the restroom I was told they don't have one but that Stater Brothers does and we can go use there restroom.
