When I tell you they have the worst customer service. The manager Stephanie stated on the phone that she had a certain item so I drove 30 miles to the Opelika store from Columbus. When I got there the item wasn't freaking there. Instead of trying to alleviate the problem all the manager could say is "I'm sorry for your drive." Manager Stephanie, sorry doesn't put gas in my tank for driving out my way to your lousy store. Not once did she offer to order the item on line or give a coupon code for future purchases. The cashier refused to accept an online receipt from kirkland's and stated a paper receipt was required. I now have over two hundred and fifty dollars on a kirkland's gift card, versus having the money back on my credit card. It's also important to know that a manager is rarely at this location.
