If you are coming to this store to purchase an iPhone because you think the new phone set up will be quicker and easier than doing it yourself, you will be making a mistake. First, they never called to tell me my new phone (which was paid in full upon ordering) had arrived. Then, it took a while for the sales clerk to find it-during which time he already seemed put out. Then, the set up of the new phone/shut down of the old phone was rushed (not in a way that saves time though) and disorganized. Things got messed up, the employee and manager became super frustrated with me and I, in turn, became super frustrated. The manager intervened by switching SIM cards in my partially shut down old phone with my partially activated new phone and sending me out the door so they could resolve the problem. I was called hours later to come back. I was assigned to a totally different sales associate-the manager had a conference call and was unable to continue to help. Long story, I have the new phone and can access the internet if wireless is available but have no ATT services because the SIM cards are still switched. I am going to have to be sitting on the store doorstep right at 9 am, hoping beyond hope, that my old phone is still in the store and they find it in their hearts to focus some attention on making my $950+ phone work quickly this morning so I can get to work. She lacks professionalism, respect, and does not understand that good and thorough customer service is a standard discipline for any GOOD employee. She will aske you to "leave her store" instead of work with you to find out what the problem may be and correct it. Their team worked quickly resolve my issues previously created by the Orange Beach store including stolen equipment billed to my account, account fraud, and helped us file for an investigation into an Orange Beach representative impersonate my husband in order to gain access to our account! Very underhanded, questionable, and illegal business practices taking place there at what is only an AT&T authorized retailer. They lied to us when we purchased our equipment upgrades saying they were a "specialty store primarily for businesses". Take your business elsewhere!! I wasn't given a receipt or plan or a bag with my new box, cord and charger I had to carry it all out out in my hands and look in my email for a receipt and further details of what I signed up for. The AT&T rep told me they couldn't touch T Mobile on a plan. He wasn't really interested in selling me a phone or service, but did help me understand better the new phone.He told me the monthly cost of service, insurance, etc.but broke down the monthly total after everything was completed and paid on a "post it" note. I'm not happy that after years of 5G, I'm at 2 to 4 bars of LTE and paying way more but getting less. The AT&T customer service line is a joke. I have been on hold for 1.47 hours for further explanation about the speed issue and how do I get out of this disastrous four hours of waisted time with AT&T. I will say it's my own fault for changing from T Mobile with unlimited 5G wireless speed for way less, great customer service and sales reps.
