Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Orange City

Will start by saying Sky at Metro by Tmobile On Graves in Orange City, FL is awesome!

22 March 2021 my Android Samsung Galaxy phone was having issues opening apps. A few apps would open, most would close as soon as they would open, if they opened. I wasn't sure if it was my phone, my service through Metro byT-Mobile or something affiliated through a service like Google.

A day later on 23 March, 2021 I called the Metro store in Orange City located on Graves Ave. I spoke to Sky, an employee there and he set me straight and helped walk me through in correcting said problem.

Would like to add that I have a Metro byT-Mobile store around the block about 500 yards from my home but was willing to drive to another city 20-25 minutes away to go to this particular Metro location on Graves Ave in Orange City, FL. I have been in there many times to make bill payment and their customer service, inventory as well as their knowledge about electronics is superior to most locations I...

Added a line today w/ promotion for free phone. I was advised by Julio that the promotion was add a line for 51.98 included line, waived activation and free Bluetooth. I asked was this promotion was available at all metro store locations. (I questioned due to another customer complaining that he paid his bill with cash and a decline card was used for payment and his services were disconnected) Purchased the device for 51.98 called another metro store whom advised the add a line was on $30 not 51.98 and he sold the accessory for the commission not part of the deal. So when confronted he lied but admitted all metros are offering no activation until 12/9 so again I asked why did I have to purchase an accessory???? He tried to fast talk and offered to refund the price of the accessory but after being lied to I'd rather deal with another company. Please Be aware of this location. Oh my goodness! Lol. I thought I would remember this ladies name, but I've forgotten how she spells her name. And I'm not gonna butcher it. She was the best, most friendly, informative, awesome employee at any phone company... No sorry... At any business I've ever been in. She told us our options, answered all our questions. Didn't make us feel dumb, even if I did ask a few dumb questions, and I did, kept a wonderful smile on her face thru out all that we put her thru. Demonstrated a few Bluetooth speakers for us.
