We had a wonderful experience this past Friday the 24th, the young lady who helped me and my family and our piercing’s was so amazing at keeping my kids calm, she knew exactly what to say to make them feel at ease, she helped the bunch of us with no frustration noted in her demeanor, she had a smile on her face the entire time, very personable! My only regret is not remembering her name so that I could personally thank her for such an awesome, comforting experience you offered me and my family, there are very few and far between experiences like these nowadays and she deserves praise! I got piercing today, paid for "a pair" but only got one pierce cause she didn't explain it and I thought she asked: do u want another one?: means paying for another Piercing so I said no. She knew I want 1 hole on the right and still didn't suggest I should get the single one. I ended up paying $40 for just 1 piercing. Lol the other one she popped it off and give it to me. I only found out at that moment that I can get both sides with that package. All she said was I already took it out, it's too late now. Lol I feel...
