TLDR: At least their consistent. Consistently bad! Slow and inefficient service, disgusting, cold, raw,, and overpriced food. You'll do better off at McDonalds or Wendy's. Both of which are only a few blocks away.
I don't normally like to write reviews for businesses unless I feel that they've either done really well or they've massively dropped the ball. Unfortunately this location falls into the latter. I just started an office job up the road 7wks ago and have been to this location 3 times now. I will not be returning to this one and possibly any others in the future.
First time, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and asked for no toppings (Pickles, tomatoes, ect...) fries, and a coke. Guy was confused at what I ordered and I had to repeat myself several times before he claimed he finally got it. What I got was a burger with all toppings on it anyway and cold fries. For $18 and some change i expected a little better. Thought to myself not awful not great, just average for fast food.
Second time around, Same order. Only one other table eating and no line for drive through. Took 25+ mins to get the food. What I got was an overcooked, flavorless, seasonless, dry burger with all toppings on it and again cold fries. I was charged just over $19. (It went up $1 in a week! HOW!). I let the guy know how long I'd been waiting and how frustrating it was when he brough the burger out to me. No response was made by him at all. He just shrugged.
Today, same order as last time. Figured it couldn't be as bad as last time. I place the order for the food and he tries to upsell me with Walla Walla nonsense. I decline and pay. Instead of eating in they mark my order as a to-go order in the system. Not sure why it was marked that way but it was. Food arrives extremely fast. within 2 minutes it was done. I hadn't even finished filling my coke yet. Wouldn't you know it cold fries again. The wrapper the burger came in is dripping with grease, and again the burger has all the fixings on it even though I specifically asked again for them to be removed. I figure screw it, I don't hate pickles and onions... its fine. I bit into the burger and was immediately met with grease and red juices dripping everywhere. Turns out the damn burger wasn't fully cooked and was raw. I was hungry enough that I finished my cold fries by drowning them in ketchup and then tossed the burger. I overheard the lady and the kid next to me complaining their burger was raw as well. Today I was charged $21. Somehow the price went up again in just over a week.
I still cant get the grease smell off my hands, I've washed them 4 times since coming back to the office. What in the...
Read moreI ordered a 1/2lb colossal burger and a large fry. After paying, I sat for 5 minutes at the window, and then was asked to park and wait, which I found absurd for such a small order. I waited another 5 minutes before they brought out my burger, but they had forgotten my fries. I told the employee who brought out the order that there were no fries, and they acknowledged it and said they would get them for me. During this time, they had served several vehicles through the drive-through. I waited about another 5 minutes, and the same employee brought out an order for another customer who was parked. At this time, they asked me, "Do you need something?" to which I responded, "Yes, the fries you forgot". They had forgotten my order AGAIN. Another 2 or 3 minutes later, they finally brought out my fries, and I was able to leave. I consistently have issues with long wait times and getting parked to wait at this location. The efficiency of this small order was so bad that I don't think I will be coming back again. For the price of this place, I expect service better than this by far.
just go to Mikes drive-in, or something, dont waste...
Read moreI've been to burgerville before, but never this location. I'm not impressed with their hash Browns, there's more outside crispiness than there's inside potato flavor. The coffee they served me was so full. I couldn't put my creamer and sugar in it without slipping it down, even though it was scorching hot. When the lady brought my food and placed it on the table from the tray, my food was placed in front of my woman and my woman's food was placed in front of me. She didn't ask who's was who's, she didn't even ask if we wanted napkins. I figured they would bring them since they brought our food. And I didn't get a fork for my biscuits and gravy so I had to get up and get that and napkins and sause for the borrito. While I probably won't be going to that location I am still looking forward to some of their other breakfast items that I might try later...
