Just an overall bad experience for a man buying a work boot. I am more than prepared and have many times in the past to purchase a 300$+ boot, which they offer, but I guess I just expected more of an experience than here's our boots, the pair "should" be behind it, if not, we can order a new pair, let me know if I can help? I'll be making the drive back to my local place that will at least have a new pair in a box with not everybody's foot that's ever tried on an 11W been in it before I buy. I guess I expect this from a cookie cutter 100$ boot, but not somewhere that offers 300$ made in use top quality work boots. I guess I just expected more help, at least an option to have a box for my old pair to bring home. Maybe im expecting too...

The one manager said she would try then said they were out of water I guess to shape it . Umm something isn't right about the employees here at this store. U lost 300 dollars at least for a hat . .
