Boot Barn — Local services in Orion Charter Township

Just an overall bad experience for a man buying a work boot. I am more than prepared and have many times in the past to purchase a 300$+ boot, which they offer, but I guess I just expected more of an experience than here's our boots, the pair "should" be behind it, if not, we can order a new pair, let me know if I can help? I'll be making the drive back to my local place that will at least have a new pair in a box with not everybody's foot that's ever tried on an 11W been in it before I buy. I guess I expect this from a cookie cutter 100$ boot, but not somewhere that offers 300$ made in use top quality work boots. I guess I just expected more help, at least an option to have a box for my old pair to bring home. Maybe im expecting too...

Looking for a new cowboy hat and wanted it shaped. No one could do it they were not trained . The one employee says there to busy to learn . The one manager said she would try then said they were out of water I guess to shape it . Umm something isn't right about the employees here at this store. U lost 300 dollars at least for a hat . . Not going to be selling alot of hats to people if u can't do ur job . I won't be back to this store . They also said I could come back another day when someone that was trained could maybe do it. Umm I was there today...

Happy to have a boot barn locally. They need a actual adult staff. I understand the world is what it is today but this isnt a low end store. I was asked if they wanted me to hold the coat i was buying and hat at the counter. I said no. I said that because im not shoplifting im shopping and comparing options. We bought the coat. We bought the hat. I even bought my wife a dress. I don’t appreciate the the way i was treated. But i dont hold the boot barn responsible. However, for the money i pay to shop there you can afford...
