SEE UPDATE AFTER MY INITIAL REVIEW FROM 5 STARS TO 1!!!!!! INITIAL REVIEW....Our salesman Scott and the interior designer Monica were exceptional. Highly knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. The show room floor was clean and orderly. We will definitely be back for more furniture!
THE UPDATE...My wife and I will not be returning to this store to purchase additional furniture. The entire experience was great up until and after delivery. We ordered an 8 piece power reclining sectional, on delivery day, the driver told me that there was a missing piece, after a couple phone calls he discovered that it was mis-tagged at the warehouse and put on a different truck, ok accidents happen no big deal. I then reached out to our salesman Scott, to let him know, he responded saying "I am checking my email every 15 minutes for an update" Not "hey I just called and I will follow up and let you know". Ok. A few days go by, I reach out for a follow up and I get ZERO response nothing. Ok. I let a couple more days go by and reach out again...ZERO response from Scott. Fast forward two full weeks and multiple times reaching out and looking for an answer of when we will get our missing piece delivered still ZERO response or update. He completely ignored us. No phone call no email NOTING. Finally my wife calls customer service and they tell us "oh yeah, its been sitting here waiting for someone to call and arrange delivery". Our missing piece was sitting in the warehouse for two weeks and our salesman did NOTHING!!! Within in 6 minutes my wife arranged to have it delivered. If that is all we needed to do then why couldn't Scott have just said that in the first pace. Scott only cares about your money and couldn't care about the customer, the very person that pays his salary. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE STORE OR BUY ANYTHING FROM HIM. AVOID THIS STORE...
Read moreTerrible service 1- we were double booked with the design agent, Cindy, when we showed for our scheduled appointment. My wife and I had to just walk around the store until the other couple was done. 2- furniture took much longer to arrive than we were told. Not a huge deal since we were prepared to wait but you'd think Cindy would know to under promise and over deliver. 3- finally got a scheduled delivery date so I removed all the living room furniture in preparation. Day of delivery arrives and the la-z-boy truck pulls up to our house and leaves after a couple minutes. Never came up to the house to talk to us at all. My wife calls Cindy to find out what's going on and eventually learn there was a problem with the truck they forced them to abort the rest of their deliveries. We were initially told our delivery would rescheduled ASAP in the next few days, only to learn later that la-z-boy found it more convenient for them to delay our furniture another 2 weeks. 4- after learning our delivery would not be a couple days late as Cindy told us initially, but a couple weeks late, my wife sent Cindy an email to discuss the frustration we've had (taking a day off work for nothing, and having no furniture in my living room for 2 weeks). It's been 5 days now and Cindy has still not responded to the email or offered us anything for our troubles. I even stopped in the store to talk in person but she was not in. I guess she thinks it's easier to ignore us than offer a resolution.
Our rescheduled delivery hopefully arrives in a couple days but I have little faith there won't be damage to the furniture considering it's been bouncing around warehouses and moving trucks for the...
Read moreThe 2 star rating has nothing to do with the service I received at the store or the quality of furniture I received, but rather the delivery experience. I had a sofa and loveseat delivered and the delivery men started with the sofa. The older man did come in before and I have curved doorways into my living room so I gave him other options besides my front door. My husband and I have moved larger pieces of furniture into our house so when I found them with the sofa shoved so forcefully in my doorway that they had scratched the leg, chipped my paint and there was the paint transferred onto to the sofa. I told them to come through my sliding door and they said the sofa would not fit..?? I then asked them to move the loveseat in first which they did without issue. I wanted them to try to go through the sliding door as I suggested, but I could hear the younger man swearing under his breath and it actually made me uncomfortable so I told them just to leave the sofa in my garage. He said they could take it back, but would not " force" it in. When my husband got home we moved the sofa in through our sliding door in about 5 minutes. Such crapoy customer service , it's sad that this reflects back...
