As much as I hate to write, this, I feel The responsibility to share with The public. I came through the drive-through about a month ago on a Friday night about 5 o’clock. Ordered a vanilla, sweet cream cold brew only to find that I had a mouse in my coffee the next morning . I put it in the refrigerator overnight so I could have it for work at 10 AM. I’m going to spare you all the details, but I have no reason to make this up. The lid never came off of my coffee, so the mouse did not get in with the lid off. I called to let them know on Monday and the general manager basically called me a liar and hung up on me. I was very nice and just told her I wanted her to know so It didn’t happen to someone else, she proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and she picked up the phone and hung up again. I called back again and she picked up the phone and hung up again. She would not even listen to any of my story, and I was being very kind. I reached out to the one 800 number , after about three weeks, I finally heard back from the regional manager who then told me she would replace my drink for me. I told her I was actually more mad about how rude the general manager was to me. Still, I was offered a replacement for my drink. I’m not trying to get anything for free. Just want everyone to know what happened I have no reason to make this up. I do feel that I was owed an apology of some sort that I never got from anybody. they just said they would call the general manager and take care of it. I have never heard back on any of this. I feel it is my responsibility to share this with the public. I am now traumatized and cannot drink coffee without getting a stir stick to check it first. I have not been back to Starbucks and I will not be back to Starbucks. I was a regular went every day and got my vanilla, sweet cream, cold brew I do miss it however, I will never be able to...
Read moreThis store is absolutely awful. My bacon Gouda was still cold in the middle. My drink was made wrong and when I asked to have it remade the barista kindly redid it but it was still wrong. This store lacks training. On top of that I got a glimpse of the back of line floors and they were absolutely disgusting, the trashes were all overflowing and it smelled like pee on the outdoor furniture. I also overheard a barista crying to the other barista that they wouldn’t get out of there until 1am tonight because no one helped them get anything done all day and the new store manager refused to help them. This store has gone completely downhill the last few months and I can only assume it’s because of the new store manager. They either need to get fired or retrained. No barista should be staying there 4 hours to close (especially since she looked no older than 16. HOW IS THAT EVEN LEGAL?) I tried to contact the district manager and he was no help at all. I feel for these baristas and hope things get better there soon. I won’t be returning until new management comes along. Just...
Read moreI was in town temporarily for training at a new job. I would pick up my breakfast here everyday, and staff seemed pleasant, but they'd throw the breakfast sandwiches until the bag without care and it would be messy to take it out and I'd have to put it together again. I didn't care the first time, things happen, but every single one for two weeks. Please put more time and care with your sandwiches going into the oven, into the bag and giving it to the customer. That extra second would be the difference for your customer feeling like we cared. And I'm sorry I was new to the area and didn't realize how quickly I'd get there after placing an order over the app instead of in-person, but I didn't like to be reprimanded for showing up "too soon" to grab my items on my way to work. It's the same if I got there and placed an order.
My experience was not always so negative with showing up a little after I placed an order, and those people were kind. So thank you to you guys, and that's what saved this location from getting more stars than I originally...
