Jet's Pizza — Local services in Orland Township

So I placed an order yesterday online, which was April 20th, Easter Day. The order went through but when I got there to pick up my order they were closed for Easter. The very next day I get a voicemail from Paul telling me they will not only refund me the purchase but also give me free pizza for the mix up since the order went through online. Let’s just say this was some of the best customer service! I had completely forgotten about the pizza today since we had a family gathering the night before. Also I called back later and spoke with another team member to let them know that I never paid for the online order because I had selected “pay at location” and a refund was not needed and regardless of that they still gave me a free pizza since I had driven out the day before. Honestly, it was so great and refreshing to hear from the staff member I spoke to say how great it was that Paul jumped into action right away and must not have checked my payment method and if that’s not caring about your customers I don’t know what is! I’ve been going to the tinley Park location for years and they have been amazing and it’s so great to know that the Orland Park location is great too and has amazing...

My family and I have ordered 3 times from the new Jets pizza location in Orland Park located off 143rd & LaGrange road. Jets pizza is batting 1000 as all 3 pizzas were delicious and made to order. My daughter and I enjoyed a New York style pizza which was delicious. We’ve also tried their Detroit style and hand tossed pizzas which were also delicious. I like the fact that when you order online they give you a “Bake” option of “Lite bake,” “Well Done,” and “Regular Bake.” Some of our family members prefer the “lite bake” so when I checked that box, it was made “lite bake” to perfection! I’ve been disappointed with the consistency of other pizza parlors in the area over recent years so I had resorted to making my own pizzas. Now with the arrival of Jets in Orland Park, just a stones throw away from where we live, they are our new go to place for pizza. Keep up the great work and fantastic...

Sooo happy we have a Jet's here in OP now! Great to have more options, competition in the area. Their staff, as per usual, are professional, communicate well and appear quite friendly. Pizza, as always, great in every way (esp their 4 or 8 corner Detroit style pizza, my usual go-to, but I enjoy their thin crust also!)

Today they are having an event (Grand Opening style?) and you get a go at the wheel game, to win a prize. I know it is just a cup, but it made a difference to me! Been wanting to upgrade my usual cup I use at home.. it is filled with ice and water now, yummy! So much more relaxed now after eating, the heat had stressed me out earlier. They will be adding tables/chairs soon, there is a decent sized area for them. I like the layout there. It is at the plaza where the old Cupid Candies used to be....
