Stay away from there * I bought the ring as a surprise to celebrate 10 years of marriage, I took my wife's ring and took it, I made it clear to the saleswoman Gianina that maybe my wife wanted to change the model, the saleswoman wanting to sell it said that this would be possible without any problems. Less than 12 hours later I went back to the store, but not to change the model but the size as it had been too big and my wife was two sizes smaller, as there was no model in the store she told me that as soon as it arrived I could go and exchange it. but they would have to polish it, since it had been used for a few hours and the paint was scratched, see the photo below. To my surprise, 15 days later they said that the way the ring is, it will be useless and the cost to fix it would be 1,880 dollars, whereas it costs 3,000. It's impossible to believe that a brand like Bulgari would be acting like this, but it's true! I've had a similar problem with Tifany and Hermes, of course these luxury giants wouldn't tarnish their name with nonsense like that... DON'T BUY FROM BULGARI, that's my tip.
PS on 04/25/2024 * What I can add is that the seller, Gianina, knew that my wife might not keep the ring I had chosen, so much so that she offered a hassle-free exchange, without advising me that if she wore it for hours it could cause âdamage.â irreversibleâ, which for me did not happen at all! As I said previously, the thirst for selling and having the commission caused this âinconvenienceâ and meant that my 10th wedding anniversary gift for my wife was in a box in her closet drawer.

Apparently the salesperson who sold it to me was not working there anymore and no one took over my order.
