I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service I received at your International premium outlet store today. The manager on duty was exceptionally rude, which made my shopping experience very unpleasant.
I spent over 25 minutes in the store without any assistance from the staff. It was only when I decided to place my order online, while still inside the store, that the manager approached me. He then offered to honor the discount if I chose to buy the shoe in-store immediately. This sudden change in willingness to assist after a prolonged period of neglect was highly frustrating and unprofessional.
