Flow Açai at International Premium Outlets — Restaurant in Orlando

This is a story worth telling and it is not often that I take so many precious minutes out of my life to write such lengthy reviews, however it is definitely worth telling Our ACAI BRAZIL story....

My husband, Valdivino, and I took my mom to the Orlando Premier Outlet on International Drive on May 20, 2023 and I was hungry. I was excited when I saw the ACAI BRAZIL and showed my husband because he is from BRAZIL. He told me about how good the ACAI is for the body and how he used to eat it very often back home. So, we ordered the #6, which has the banana, strawberry, powder milk and condensed milk. He said it is just as how it tastes in Brazil. We all loved it, including my mom, who is super picky about things in general. Since then, my husband and I went on an Acai hunt to try to find similar tasting ones from Super Walmart, Target & online, but they were not the same taste, which we were craving. On, June 14, 2023 we returned to the Orlando International Premier Outlet with our daughter, Lithika, because we really wanted her to taste the ACAI. We ordered the same #6 and this time we were taken cared of by Yasmin. I told her our story and how we love it but I did not know why the ones from the grocery stores did not have that same smooth taste as ACAI BRAZIL. Yasmin explained to me that their ACAI is specially made in BRAZIL and shipped to them whereas, the ACAI sold in the US uses the pulp and produce here in the US. She then mentioned to me that if we wanted we could purchase by the container full if we would like (she showed us the containers in the freezer), which got us excited! Additionally, she offered us a rewards card since we were returning customers and put our stamps for all of our purchases. We did not have space in our freezer, so I told Yasmin we will make space and return the following day or week. We returned that following day and found out that her shift location changed to the outlet on Vineland, which at this time of day, was about 20+ more mins from the International Premier Outlet and it was in the opposite direction to get home. We found the ACAI BRAZIL stand but a different worker was there, so we were on a hunt to find Yasmin, who was selling in the trailer at the front entrance. We were all so excited to meet again. Even though we purchased a tub of ACAI BRAZIL from Yasmin, we also bought some to eat there too and our daughter, Lithika, enjoyed her cup with chocolate syrup. Our daughter loved it and ate every last drop out!.

All of the staff whom we have interacted with from ACAI BRAZIL have all provided great customer service, however, we feel that Yasmin went above and beyond. If she did not explain to me why their product tastes so much better than the other store bought ones then we would not have gone through all that we did to find her to make our purchase. If I did not feel that she was such an exceptional person then I could have simply bought the container full of ACAI from the other staff at the Orlando International Premium Outlet, which was closer for us to get back to East Orlando. We love how Yasmin displays the fruit in our cups. She is an asset to her company because of her pleasant personality, excellent communication and customer service skills. We go where we are treated with kindness and respect and because of our interactions with especially Yasmin we will continue to be returning customers and have been telling everyone about ACAI BRAZIL and our...

Bad acai and very bad attention for several reasons: Yesterday 5/2/2023 we arrived there at 20:43 and after us, two more people arrived. So the waitress decided to ignore us and attend them (seemed she knew that guys). When we told her to attend us, she didn't want because it was time to close and she decided to call her manager, probably to complain. Finally, she attended us, but she prepared the acai very bad (she missed toppings, she put them in a different way than we asked and some parts of the acai where too frozen). We always go to this place, the açaí is amazing every time, also the customer service. However, this last time we were waiting more than 30 minutes which it could be understandable since it was just one person taking and doing all the orders by herself, but the line wasn’t that long to wait more than 30 minutes. And this feedback is more in a constructive way, is good to take your time and make sure the product that you’re providing to the customers is good but also is good try to look for alternatives to deliver the product and minimize the waiting time.
