I have purchased a Michael Kors bag, sandals, purse and a watch for my wife as a gift from this store and I have received a 5 star service and advice from Daniel (sales advisor). Unfortunately, when I came back home in UK my wife tried it on and the sandals where two size big so I called the customer service who advised to take them to the local store in London Westfield for exchange/ refund but the declined to help since I haven't had the original box and therefor they couldn't verify the model which doesn't make any sense since I had the receipt and my bank card number as well as the model number was showing on it...also I also haven't received it with box when I purchased it back in Orlando! I have received a very poor customer service from the supervisor called Matt who is based in Westfield London. He also couldn't help us resize the watch so paid 20£ to H. Samuel to resize the watch. When I got home I called JENNIFER (Manager at the Orlando Premium outlet) who was my last hope and she was actually super helpful and explained all possible options in a very professional and friendly manner and also found a store near my friends house in Boston Nashua who had the sandals in the right size and could do the exchange. I just need now to send them over to my friend so he can exchange it and sent it back to Uk....It's all little more complicated than it should be but I'm glad that there people like JENNIFER that are willing to walk the extra mile and keep customer satisfaction at the frontend of their business. I went to Michael Kors because at a different location there was a jacket that I loved and decided I was going to get it when I came down to Orlando for work. I work in events so I was wearing leggings and a tshirt and was done early so stopped by the outlet on the way to my hotel. I went into Michael Kors and no one gave me the discount paper. I walked around to find the jacket and not one person asked to help me. I was also looking for a new purse and no one would assist me then. They helped every single person next to me, but never spoke one word to me. I even walked around the store a few times to see if anyone would assist me but they would just look at me and walk away.
