Tommy Hilfiger — Local services in Orlando

Very disappointed because my shopping bag was stolen!!!. I entered here in my last day shopping with my shopping bag of Levis. I went to the fitting room and I was told from the guy there, that because of the policy of the store, I had to leave my shopping bag outside of the fitting room. I didn´t feel safe about that policy, but that guy insisted and didn´t let me in with my shopping bag, and said he´ll be looking after my bag. But after I tried my clothes and left the booth, I didn´t find my bag and went to claim for it. First the guy said, some of the staff took it to the office. After 10 min waiting... nothing. Nobody knew anything about it. I asked to talk to the manager, and after that, they went to check the surveillance camera. After 40 min waiting and be asked many times about what was inside the shopping bag, and what color of t-shirt, they brought me back my bag, and said: Somebody just took it "accidentally"... Hu?! Positive: The Manager tried to solve the situation and apologized properly. Negative: If the store have such policy may be because of thieves customers. If that so, is even worst when those thieves steal from others customers. This policy affect a third party, can´t you see it? If they steal from you (store), is between the store and customer. When they steal from other customer, is between you (responsible of the robbery) and me, and also between you and the thief. That is an Outlet Shopping. It supposed that everybody carry a shopping bag. It´s a NONSENSE that...

I went to the Tommy Hilfiger outlet on international dr….Premium outlets. The store manager was horrible. He was a thin bald, slender dark man. I went to pay for some shorts for my son. The sign clearly stated buy one get one. When I asked the cashier he stated the discount comes off at the end. Perfect! But then the cashier very nice young man asked the manager the manager said of that the pants were not on sale. I told him it clearly states they are on the sign. I also told him I even asked the lady in that area and she stated yes they were. My issue was not the price my issue was that the manager stood there and told me that I was wrong that it doesn’t say they are on sale and he told me to show him where it shows they are. When I showed him instead of apologizing he just said well the there’s a price right here that states how much it is and the sign was wrong it was only the shirts. He was very rude and arrogant to the point that he then walked passed the cashier and was like they are definitely not on sale. So RUDE and to I am not a tourist I am a Florida resident. So...

Attention tourist and local people!!!!When choosing where to see your money choose right.!!! This Tommy Hilfiger located on 4953 internacional Dr. Suite 2A.13 Orlando FL 32819. Has an employee there "Albert "..."ID 17755"  he who happens to be of Spanish origin unfortunately is a racist a person who shows or feels discrimination or prejudice against people of other races, or who believes that a particular race is superior to another. He is a big discriminant abd pregudist.  With everyone. I believe your money should go to the right place. There are other shops in the area. Near by is the outlet mall.🙃Where you can find better prices and better custumer service. Don't let this people who don't care for you- only for your money benefit from your hard earned money... The manager at this location is too busy trying to defend her employees to take care of her custumers concerns!!  I don't think if you are shopping you shouldn't  get an attitude from the employees....
