Bad experience, asked to try one of the flavors (green bag) when my wife had the bag full of chocolate to see if I was gonna take that flavor also when we were about to pay. A new guy( the one who had the basquet of chocolate at that moment) without saying heās name, told me that me and my wife already had one and wasnāt gonna give her or me anything, I told the lady at the counter what happened and that he was very rude and provided very bad customer service, afterwards told my wife to return the bag full and left...One of the worst customer service ever, hopefully a manager gonna review my comments and keep a better close attention to the staff, good product but bad customer service, and for that reason I didnāt buy anything...It is a shame...Very good product, but the worst customer service at that store, most likely gonna lose more customer every day with that very poorly...

The guy put our bag on the scale and then took one out (we thought we miscounted). However, when we got home, we counted just to make sure and only had 49. So we called to make them aware and the employee, Christia (who was also the one who checked us out), answered and said it was our problem because there was nothing wrong with the scale. I tried to correct him by saying his scale was actually incorrect because that meant he took one of our pieces out and, yet, still paid for 50. Very disappointing how he handled it and...
