So I went to Coach outlet on oak ridge ..I have shopped there a lot in the past .. and then got in line to purchase two. I.D card land yards and the lady at the register asked me have I been there before I said.... yes I shop at coach all the time. She asked for my email address . I spelled it out fineticalliy for her. She asked me for my zip code. I asked her did she find it . She said No so I just made a new acct .....your not in the system . I said I am because I buy a lot of stuff her in the past before I outgrown Coach . The cashier name was Danielle.
Danielle said whatâs the big deal. I asked her to look it up by my phone number . She says what are you Loca . What is wrong with you ....what is the big deal . She found it while she was calling me crazy . Then I asked for a mgr and she started to say to the mgr . This is about race . No hun this is about you over thinking and pre judging a customer . You thought because I was not spending a lot today that I donât have money but after they found my acct everybody else wants to apologize .becUse I do but things tgT cost hundreds from them ... I said I wanted a apology from daniellle. and Danielle said no . She refused to apologize for calling me out of my name. I told the very nice asst store mgr .. that she felt comfortable enough to speak to me like that and ask security to put me out which btw I was not put out . The mgr offered me a 20% discount .. I refused because this is bigger than they know. At this point ... I didnât come looking for a discount . I came to receive great service and friendly shopping experience .. I choose to shop at coach .. there are a lot of competitors that will love to swipe my card .
Danielle was showing off for her fellow employees and hopefully it cost her her job.

The big deal is if I need to return a item to coach itâs under my info .. if I canât find the receipt ... the point is donât ask a Question if you donât want a answer ( whatâs your email) . The point is never judge a book by the cover

Standard black, but small and I needed it to be unisex since I am a female, but would want this wallet to go inside of a smaller black purse. Was greeted as soon as I walked in, given a 15% off coupon, plus saw the store offered a military discount on the window. Since the main reason I wanted this wallet was so I could easily put it into my uniform pocket when I didn't want to carry my purse, I loved this extra discount. Told the first sales associate what I was looking for, and she happily referred me to another, whom I found out later was the manager on duty. The manager (I wish I had grabbed her name) brought me a ton of options, and showed me the different places others were located. I really liked one, but wanted to check out other stores to see what else was available. I originally wanted a Michael Kors to match my purse, but after finding nothing I liked there, and basically driven out by their pushy sales associates, I came back to this store and bought the wallet I really liked. The lady at the register was just as nice as everyone else. The manager authorized the combined discounts (15% and 10% military) on top of the 70% off this wallet already was, and boy, I was happy with that! Almost an 80% savings! Everyone in the store was very kind, welcoming, and non-aggressive. I appreciated being shown multiple items, and "allowed" (essentially, just not being pushy to sell) to go to the other stores to compare since I just had a basic idea of what I wanted.    Read moreI ordered my products online but they were lost. After several calls to customer service, I was issued an E-gift card. I was told that I could order the products over the phone and pick them up in store. But after trying this I was told I couldn't. So I rushed to the store to purchase them and was told that the store would honor the sale price I originally paid. Once I got to the store, they had the shirts I ordered on hold up front and I thought everything was good. Once I went to pay I was informed that I would have to pay the current price because they were not made aware that I was to receive the original sales price. I contacted customer service once again to get the issue at the store resolved. After driving an hour away I had to use the bathroom, so I ask if I could go and come back while customer service tries to rectify the situation. I was told no because there were closing and I could pay now or come back, but if I left they wouldn't let me back in. After waiting a while on the phone, the store manager tell me that she would just give me the discount because I needed to go so they can close up and get home. By the time that happened the mall and it's bathrooms were closed and needles to say I couldn't make it anywhere else and ended up wetting myself. I have never been so humiliated in my entire life.
